e-College.ac Ltd
was established as an educational consultancy company by Professor Tony Toole in 2005. He has been running the company full-time as Managing Director and Principal Consultant since 2007. Before that Tony held the post of Director of Online Services at Coleg Sir Gâr where he led the development and delivery of a range of online courses for distance learning students, the first being validated in 1999. Previously he was Dean of Faculty of Engineering at Coleg Sir Gâr and Head of School of Electronics at University of Wales Trinity Saint David.

Tony Toole is Visiting Professor at both the University of Wales Trinity Saint David and the University of South Wales and has worked extensively with both institutions in developing their online learning provision.

Tony has successfully managed over 20 large-scale, multi-institutional e-Learning projects funded by JISC, the Welsh Government and by the European Commission. He continues to publish widely in the field and is a regular presenter at conferences. Further details can be viewed here.
